Ultimate Products are looking for talented and career-driven graduates to join our development programme as a Graduate Compliance Officer. We recognise that grads often have a fantastic array of transferable skills but lack experience, career direction and role-specific training. That’s where we come in. The UP graduate programme combines on the job training with regular reviews, mentoring and development plans to give our grads the best possible first step on the career ladder.
As part of the Process Development Team, you will be working with the Process Development Director and HR Director to ensure necessary internal compliance with key regulatory areas the company now faces being a PLC organisation.
As a Compliance Officer, you’ll work with cross functional teams including key stakeholders in the business to audit, review and implement systems, processes, software and procedures to ensure we are meeting necessary internal and external requirements.
