To meet these new demands there is a requirement to introduce a Management Development Programme within our Distribution Centres, enabling talented graduates to progress from management roles into office positions across a 1-2 year period.

Suitable candidates will join the business as a graduate manager and be given opportunity to experience different roles and departments within our Distribution Centres. You will also join a Management Development Programme where you will be trained and supported to refine your skills to eventually reach Supply Chain Roles within the office.

You will gain experience of:

  • Goods in/out & transport
  • Ecommerce platforms and Amazon
  • Stock Management
  • Completing improvement projects around process, procedures, best practice and stock management

What we look for

  • Educated to degree level
  • At least 6-12 months experience of part time or full time experience
  • Excellent communicator
  • Demonstrate strong organisational and administration skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Self-motivation and a committed and proactive approach.
