We are incredibly proud to be launching the UP Academy in partnership with Oldham College, an exciting initiative offering college leavers the opportunity to gain 10 months of work experience in a wide variety of departments (with full-time employment opportunities available upon successful completion of the course). At Ultimate Products, we firmly believe that experience is the best teacher, and this is undeniably reflected in the increasing number of college leavers who are opting not to go to university. We hope that this will be the start of a long-lasting, mutually-beneficial relationship that nurtures our local community of Oldham’s youngest, brightest talent, on par with the success of our hugely successful Graduate Development Scheme. Needless to say, we can’t wait to welcome our first ever intake of carefully selected applicants in November!
