Our Graduate Development Scheme is now one of the biggest of its kind in the North West. Focussing on providing dedicated training, experience and opportunities for graduates, we’re happy to report we’ve now hired over 100 graduates from a range of disciplines. From designers to mathematicians and everyone in-between, our roles are varied and versatile. So far we’ve seen over 30 promotions, carried out hours of personal development and training, and provided lots of young people with the opportunity to build and strengthen their career with us. And we’re not stopping there. We’re still on the lookout for recent graduates who have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and display a real desire to learn and develop their career with us.
