We would like to introduce Christine Adshead to our board.
Former partner at PwC, Christine has spent almost 20 years providing transaction advisory services across a range of corporate activities and a variety of sectors, including retail and consumer goods. Now Christine joins Ultimate as one of our Independent Non-executive Directors. Christine will make a valuable addition to the board, and having someone of her calibre will undoubtedly enable us to improve the business and grow.
