We visited the former home of Emmeline Pankhurst and the incredible organisation, The Pankhurst Trust (Incorporating Manchester Women’s Aid). This charity support women who suffer from domestic abuse. Over time women are helped with finding homes of their own, and we wanted to support this part of their journey…
We created packs of household essentials, including toasters, kettles, laundry items and cookware. Women moving into new homes will receive one of these packs, so they feel prepared and supported throughout this transition.
Gifts were also given to say thank you to all the volunteers at The Pankhurst Trust (Incorporating Manchester Women’s Aid) to say thank you and acknowledge their hard work and dedication!
