We would like to introduce Jill Easterbrook as Independent Non-executive Director. Former CEO of Boden, Jill has previously worked at Tesco for 16 years in a variety of senior executive roles including group business transformation director, chief customer officer, managing director of UK and ROI clothing, and group strategy director. Jill is also already a Non-executive Director of 2 FTSE100 businesses.
We are really happy to be welcoming Jill and feel we will benefit from her wealth of experience working with some of the biggest names in UK retail. We believe Jill will be a great asset to the board, and very much look forward to working with her.
