Ultimate Products are very excited to be featured in the Autumn/Winter 2016 issue of Oldham’s Business Edge Magazine. Within the article we discuss our ever-expanding, successful local Oldham Company with a particular focus on our dynamic Graduate Scheme. Here at Ultimate Products we have successfully developed branded household products for retailers around the world and are the UK’s leading Brand House of retail consumer goods, and although people know our brands they may not know us. Therefore we have recently begun a recruitment campaign to raise awareness of the company in the local area and the variety of company graduate roles we have available. Within the article our HR Director Craig Holden gives an insight into Ultimate’s Graduate Scheme ‘Different people develop at a different pace and go through highs and lows. We believe our varying roles and opportunities and structured salary progression are very attractive to graduates. There is good structure and support here, with online and external courses too. It’s quite a scheme; one we believe is unique’. Two of our promising graduates Lucy Hurst and Sadie Cunliffe also describe their journey through the Graduate Scheme and how they are starting to build their careers at Ultimate Products.
